| Chris Rogers began cutting meat right
out of high school in 1992 for Smiths Foods
in Carson City, NV. In December of 1996, he
moved to Buffalo, Wyoming to manage a local
grocery store's meat department. Prime Cut
Meat was established in Buffalo, Wyoming in
2004. At Prime Cut Meat we custom slaughter
beef, pigs, buffalo, lamb, process wild
game, and offer a variety of retail meats.
We have a friendly staff, and owner Chris
Rogers has now been in the meat business for
over 15 years.
We take pride in our products and
services and offer the best customer service
in the area. If you're looking for a cut

place. We have an old-fashioned butcher
counter and we always cut every order fresh
to your liking. At Prime Cut we make our
own bacon, hams, sausages, jerky, smoked
baby back ribs (the best ever), BBQ sauce
and smoked sausages. Our newest and
more healthier product is our own beef bacon
(a must try). We also do pork cuts,
choice beef cuts to your thickness, fish,
and seafood. If we dont have it, we will
get it as special orders are always welcome.
Our specialty items include lamb, smoked
prime rib, marinated steak, kabobs, smoked
turkeys, smoked cheeses, a large variety of
wild game sausages and beer stix. We
prepare shrimp trays and meat & cheese trays
that are uniquely arranged for your needs.
We carry buffalo burger, buffalo steaks,
gift cards and package everything in a neat
double wrap to last in your freezer.
